Through her previous work as director of sales and marketing for a master builder/ developer, Tracey acquired a sound knowledge of home construction, real estate sales and successful project marketing. Tracey and her team were winners of the “Gold C.A.R.E. Award” through the Canadian Home Builder’s Association for the category of “Best Marketing by a Builder” for one of their townhouse projects in Broadmead. Tracey also gained valuable experience leading her own marketing and customer-relations firm in Victoria – where her success was attained through her “customer-centered” business philosophy and approachable yet professional style.

Tracey grew up in Victoria, and was literally raised in the business of real estate. Her father was a positive influence, teaching her the ropes of the industry through his career paths as a real estate agent, developer and builder. Along with her husband Gary and their two children, Tracey is enthusiastic about taking on new projects, and has achieved personal success in a variety of real estate ventures, including home renovation, designing and managing the construction of an executive home, and subdividing, rezoning and developing property.
